What is the basic idea behind a rage room?

In the fast-paced world we live in every day, frustration and stress, as well as that typical Austrian grumpiness, can often build up, while there aren't enough safe spaces where you can literally let off steam. That's why we launched WutStock, to create a place where you can simply vent any anger. We offer the "classic" way of smashing glass and ceramics, but also options involving furniture. We don't set any limits, and everything you like has its rightful place with us.

Can everyone take part?

Yes, provided you are at least 18 years old, are physically and mentally capable of doing so, and are not under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

How does a session work?

For example, if you've booked your session for 5:00 PM, it will begin with a safety briefing and the receipt of your safety equipment. This will take approximately 10 minutes.Afterwards, you can let off steam in the rage room until 5:45 p.m. Depending on the package you booked, your materials will already be ready in the rage room and can be worked on with the provided tools.From 5:45 p.m. to 5:55 p.m. you relax and take off your safety clothing.After that your session is over.

Is the rage room safe?

Accepted Answer

By providing you with safety gear, we minimize the risk of injury to the greatest extent possible. However, there is still a possibility that you might injure yourself. Therefore, please take care of yourselves and listen attentively to our safety training.

Can I consume alcoholic beverages before my session?

Accepted Answer

In general, you can indulge in light alcoholic drinks in moderation before your session. However, we will be very careful to monitor your level of intoxication and reserve the right to cancel or cancel any session if we notice you are over-intoxicated. Please remember that this is about YOUR safety, and we want you to leave unharmed. We cannot offer refunds for your bookings in this case.

What things can be smashed?

Plates, cups, glasses, tables, chairs. Our rage rooms contain a variety of items that you can smash and that can be disposed of as you see fit. However, please note that we only offer these items in "sorted" categories to ensure subsequent recycling and to protect our environment as best as possible.If you want to bring your own materials to destroy, this is only permitted as part of the household/group cleanup. Please contact us MUST be in advance so we can clarify any details.

Is rage a dusty affair?

Generally speaking, smashing or throwing glasses, plates, or other objects isn't exactly a dusty activity. However, if you take the rage a little more seriously and let loose on the pile of broken pieces, you might kick up quite a bit of dust, depending on your enthusiasm.Our ventilation system constantly blows in fresh air and our cleaning protocols aim to minimize major dust sources, although complete elimination is not possible.Nevertheless, we always have FFP2 masks in stock on site upon request, which you are welcome to use.

Isn't smashing things a waste of resources?

Our debris is fully functional, but often finds its way to us because it no longer looks particularly appealing. Nevertheless, we have developed a sophisticated waste management concept to ensure that EVERYTHING from our rage rooms is actually reused and doesn't end up in a landfill. For the sake of our environment!

Can I listen to my own music during my rage room session?

Of course! Simply connect it to our Bluetooth speakers and off you go. If you don't have one with you, we offer a wide range of music, from heavy metal to pop.

Can I burn objects?

Accepted Answer

No! Fires are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate termination of the session. Any claims for damages or fire service costs will be borne by you.

Can I customize the anger room?

Accepted Answer

We're always open to creative suggestions! If you want to smash your mother-in-law's vase or throw glasses at a picture of your ex-partner, that's certainly possible. Please contact us so we can help and accommodate you.

Can I film in the rage room?

Yes, filming is possible. You can use your smartphone, which you can attach to our phone holder.

What clothes should you wear?

Accepted Answer

We're completely flexible when it comes to clothing. The more comfortable, the better. However, we always insist on sturdy, closed-toe shoes and socks, as otherwise your safety cannot be guaranteed.

Can more than 1 person participate in each session?

Accepted Answer

We currently allow up to two participants per session to enter the room at the same time. Therefore, our prices are per room and session.As part of our group demolition, we can accommodate up to six people, with two people allowed to let off steam at a time. Since this is a somewhat strenuous activity, we'll take turns after a few minutes to catch our breath, and then two people will have another turn. :)

Can I gift someone a rage session?

Yes! Under the "Gift a Wutsession" section, you can purchase and give away eGift Cards (virtual vouchers). If you would like to receive a physical voucher, simply contact us via email (brieftaube@wutstock.at) after purchasing an eGift Card, and we will mail it to you as soon as possible.

How do I redeem a voucher/gift card?

Our eGift cards have a unique code that you can enter in the "Redeem Gift Card" field during the final checkout step. The amount of the gift card will be deducted, and your booking will be confirmed via email.Please note that our booking portal also has an input field called "Voucher Code." This is intended for any available discount codes; redeeming the gift card is not possible here.
